Pre-FIT

From Start to Finish, ArcLight Wireless can provide your organization with a confidential, thorough evaluation of mobile handset performance in your selected test markets. In addition to years of Field Interoperability Testing (FIT) experience, our drive test teams are equipped with the drive test vehicle, call stations and the necessary hardware, software and accessories to perform a complete set of diagnostics on your product. The end result is an accurate identification of performance issues for our customer who can make the necessary corrections to launch a high quality mobile handset.

The team will perform voice, feature and data testing according to your company's current requirements. The Call Processing Tests will include MO, MT, and Long calls in good and poor coverage areas. The Data Tests will be executed in Static and Mobile environments according to the requirements. Stage 3 Feature Tests will be tested according to the CDG Stage 3 Requirements. These test cases can be performed for IS95, IS2000 or a combination of technologies.

Preliminary results will be communicated verbally one day after the testing has been completed. The final results report will be submitted the Monday following the test drive project. This feedback loop creates an opportunity for our customer to gather the critical information quickly to make internal assessments for potential changes.

ArcLight Wireless partners with mobile handset operators to perform carrier network Stage 3 Field Interoperability Testing (FIT). The team will perform voice, feature and data testing according to the mobile handset operator's requirements against a reference platform selected by the operator. The Call Processing Tests will include MO, MT, and Long calls in good and poor coverage areas. The Data Tests will be executed in Static and Mobile environments according to the requirements. Stage 3 Feature Tests will be tested according to the CDG Stage 3 Requirements. These test cases can be performed for IS95, IS2000 or a combination of technologies.
